When messaging Support for incident video, include What, Where, and When: what happened (incident), where it happened (address), and when it happened (date/time). You'll receive a link to the compiled video.

For new systems and upgrades, you'll fill out a template user list. Once completed, you'll receive pre-assigned fobs to distribute.

For existing clients needing additional or replacement fobs, message Support with the following info:

• Number of fobs needed
  
• Property address
  
• Delivery address (if different)
  
• Contact name, email, phone

Once the fobs arrive, message Support to assign the fobs remotely. List each fob number with the person the fob should be assigned to. Or login here to assign the fobs yourself.

There's several reasons your key fob may not be unlocking doors:

‍

• The keypad reader is bad
  
• The fob is bad
  
• The fob is being scanned incorrectly
• The fob isn't assigned to you
  
• You aren't in the system
  
• You aren't assigned an access plan
  
• The system needs a sync

If your fob isn't working, scan it 5 times in a row. Then message Support with the day/time of the scan and the person the fob should be assigned to.

Be sure to scan your fob in the middle of the keypad reader. If the reader doesn't beep when scanning any fobs, the reader is probably bad. If the reader doesn't beep when scanning only one fob, the fob is bad.

Your security system installation typically begins 2-4 weeks after you pay the deposit invoice.

Once the deposit is received, parts are ordered and the installation is scheduled.
